THE UNITED STATES, A Terrorist Nation
I love the United States of America, but I cannot tolerate the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. No I am not shouting at you, I am simply making a distinction, a difference that thirty-seven states of the union have noticed and moved to rectify.

You see, AMERICA isn’t America anymore, nor does it in anyway resemble the Representative Republic that was formed by the Framers of the Constitution. Let’s forgo the argument about whether George Bush won the popular vote because it is irrelevant on so many levels. It is important to understand the method since it is indicative of the problem.

The Founding Fathers did not provide for a popular vote for the president. So if this is the case, and all you need do is consult the Constitution and Federalist Paper 68 for the facts, ask yourself for whom are we voting?

We aren’t voting for the president of the United States, as a fact of law, so by logical conclusion we must be voting for the president of the UNITED STATES. Are you confused yet? I certainly am and this is the point of what we now have to face and what may loom as a civil war for the next generation.

Law is the essence of what was handed down in the Ten Commandments. Regardless of whether you believe in God or not, you should believe in the simplicity of law and the concept that there might indeed be some sort of force in the universe that could ask you to account for you actions.

From the standpoint of those who do believe in God, then treating others, as you would have them treat you is a prime directive of this law. Violating the concept is a serious infringement upon the law of the Almighty Spirit. I am not sure what the punishment might be but at any level I am sure that the punishment will suit the crime.

From the standpoint of those who do not believe in a greater power and are pleased with their ability to make others suffer, then you are the most repugnant of beings and should be eliminated with extreme prejudice.

There are of course many on this planet who live for the pleasure of brandishing their power over others, most sit in the seat of government. An example of whom and what these people are can be found in any police station, prosecutor’s office and courtroom in this country. They live outside the rule of law and operate in that unlawful arrangement known as the legal system.

The United States of America was founded on the basis of law, common law to be precise, which bars the government from prosecuting its citizens. The government is of course an artificial entity with powers prescribed by the people. By rule of law, it cannot sustain injury from the people but it can certainly injure the people and therefore it is barred from prosecuting.

The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA seems to be an entity that was founded sometime after the Civil War and it operates on the basis of a legal system, or code. Within the code of this system are statutes so numerous that no one could possibly know each and every one of these un-Constitutional statutes. I say un-Constitutional because we know, or at least we should know, that the government has just a few enumerated powers and legislating outside those bounds is contrary to constitutional doctrine.

What obligation does un-Constitutional code place upon us? In Norton v Shelby County, 118 US 425, the court said; “An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; it affords no protection; it creates no office; it is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” Call me simple minded but I think that is very clear, but it is apparently not so to the vast majority of the legal community.

Where does this leave the average guy, or gal, who lives here under the thumb of state authoritarians? It puts us in a terrible bind. We face a terrible decision; do we continue to look the other way? Do we continue to boycott the election process? Americans do not muster more than 40% of the eligible voters at any election.

Do we wait and see if things will change? Well, to my mind that isn’t going to happen in my lifetime and probably not the lifetime of my children. The downside to a wait and see attitude is that we will have to act when our backs are to the wall.

Now our backs are to the wall because we have allowed the UNITED STATES to supplant the constitutionally authorized government of the United States. We have allowed every appointed servant to usurp the power of the people and we have allowed it to happen without a shot being fired. We have somehow been led to believe that the government grants rights and we are simply servants of the power structure.

The UNITED STATES, for all purposes, appears to be a corporation of some sort that was formed in order to circumvent the restrictions of the Constitution. There seems to be no other logical reason as to why the stating of law is prohibited in courtrooms and why judges rule against the law on a regular basis.

Some of you might recognize the name of Irwin Schiff; he is the author of the Federal Mafia and was recently convicted of tax fraud. At his trial the judge stated, “I will not allow the law in my court.” You may think that outlandish but in the case of Dick Simkanin, convicted for failure to withhold from his employees, the prosecutor objected to every attempt the defense made to read the law into the record.

My question is, where was the courage of the jury? What could they have been thinking when they saw this conduct? In many cases, when asked after a conviction, the jury members will state that the judge instructed them that they must rule on the facts of the case.

Well in the case of Schiff, the judge would not allow the law in court. In the case of Simkanin the prosecutor objected to quoting from the law and proper charges were not filed against Simkanin. There were no particulars as to what statutes he might have violated. In addition, the jury admitted that the prosecution had not shown them any law that was violated.

What then are the facts in these two cases? The jury was presented with no substantial evidence that either Schiff or Simkanin had violated any specific statute. The prosecution and the judge would not allow the law to be quoted in the courtroom and the jury heard nothing that could have mandated a conviction. The only people who were criminal in these two cases were the prosecutors, the judges and the members of the jury.

By what means were they convicted? Ignorance and terrorism.

Ignorance is a lack of knowledge. Ignorance is also a “state of being ignorant” or unaware/uninformed. This seems to be the fastest growing state in this country.

Terrorism is defined: “political violence” or the threat of violence, and refers to a strategy of using coordinated attacks that typically fall within the time, manner of conduct, and place commonly understood as unconventional warfare.

Claiming that the United States is a ‘democracy’ when it is clearly established and defined as a ‘Republic’ is a strategy to usurp the rights of the people.
Claiming that the state has prosecutorial powers, which jeopardize the freedom of an individual, is a manner of conduct.
The State convening a criminal court when there is no constitutional authority to do so is an act of violence, coordinated attack and unconventional warfare.
Claiming that the police may arrest on hearsay and probable cause is an act of violence.
Claiming that the jury may only act upon the law is a coordinated attack.
Claiming that an employee of the state maintains immunity for his/her unlawful acts is an act of political violence.
Using fear and threat under ‘color of law’ is an act of violence, unconventional warfare and a coordinated attack.

People such as Bill Clinton and George Bush are elected to public office because they will not rock the boat. You are given an agenda and live or die by that to further your position of power. You must be willing to do whatever it takes to maintain the UNITED STATES position of supremacy over the people of the United States.

You must be willing to lie with impunity. You must be willing to subvert the law, you must cheat, steal from and murder the very people you are sworn to protect. There should be no crime too big that you are not willing to commit against the American people, including murdering their children to achieve some goal.

At the congressional hearings on the Waco incident you could see, then congressman Charles Schumer salivating as the infrared pictures showed FBI snipers murdering anyone who tried to escape from the burning buildings. Through the entire hearings he claimed that they had committed suicide but the glee in his eyes was all too transparent to anyone who observed his face as the shots were revealed on the video.

The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is an evil corporation that has bankrupted the people of this country by its collusion with the Federal Reserve and its strong arm the IRS.

The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA has subjugated the people by placing corrupt judges and prosecutors in positions strictly prohibited by the Constitution.

All the time the United States of America lies dormant, waiting for some courageous souls to take up arms against the terrorism that has beset this land.

Will it be some gentleman who has tolerated enough abuse to want to fight back? Will he spur the people to the poles in unheard of numbers? Will it be with a clash of arms because the rest of us see fit to sit at home and ignore the consequences of our inaction?

Having experienced first hand the willingness of my fellow citizen to inflict harm on their neighbor, I am not confident that the most eloquent of speaker would stir the masses to the voting booth. Instead he might reach a smaller group who have been so oppressed or disgusted by the unlawful acts of government that they may very well take up arms at the behest of a strong leader.

You decide your fate. Because as sure as my fingers are moving across this keyboard, those of you who have sat back and choose servitude over freedom, who would turn on your neighbor for your own comfort, will reap what you have sewn.
